DATA DELETION POLICY – DO HEALTHY THINGS

THIS POLICY EXPLAINS HOW USERS AND ADVISORS MAY REQUEST DELETION OF DATA. USE OF THE PLATFORM MEANS YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY.

This Data Deletion Policy describes how Do Healthy Things (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles requests to delete personal data, content, and account information collected through www.dohealthythings.com.


1. What Data We Store

We may store the following types of data:

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL DATA CAN BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY OR COMPLETELY.


2. User-Initiated Deletion

Users and Advisors may request account deletion by contacting:

DATA DELETION REQUESTS ARE NOT INSTANT AND MAY TAKE UP TO 60 DAYS TO PROCESS.

ONCE AN ACCOUNT IS DELETED, IT CANNOT BE RECOVERED.


3. Content Deletion

Advisors may delete their content at any time through the platform.

ONCE CONTENT IS DELETED BY AN ADVISOR, IT IS PERMANENTLY REMOVED AND CANNOT BE RESTORED.

THE PLATFORM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT LOSS OR ACCIDENTAL DELETION.


4. Paid Content & Retention

Paid content purchased by users is stored under “My Personal Content” for up to 180 days.

AFTER 180 DAYS, CONTENT MAY BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RETENTION, BACKUP, OR RESTORATION OF PAID CONTENT.


5. Data That May Be Retained

Even after deletion requests, some data may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

WE MAY RETAIN CERTAIN DATA AS REQUIRED BY LAW OR BUSINESS NEEDS.


6. Backups & Technical Copies

Data may exist in backups, logs, or technical systems for a limited period after deletion.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM ALL BACKUPS OR SYSTEMS.

BACKUPS ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE TO USERS AND ARE NOT RESTORED UPON REQUEST.


7. Platform Errors

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS CAUSED BY SYSTEM ERRORS, BUGS, OR PLATFORM FAILURES.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN COPIES OF CONTENT.


8. Abuse & Violations

If an account is terminated due to violations, fraud, or abuse:

THE PLATFORM MAY RETAIN DATA FOR INVESTIGATION, LEGAL, OR COMPLIANCE PURPOSES.


9. Third-Party Services

Some data may be processed or stored by third-party service providers (hosting, payments, analytics).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY DATA RETENTION POLICIES.


10. Changes to This Policy
